Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Project Delivery team in a role that can be fully remote or based in a local office in Fenton, MO. You will support preconstruction with estimates, bid reviews, and cost analysis, collaborating with project teams and clients.

You will mentor junior estimators, review subcontractor quotes, and help drive accurate take-offs and competitive bids while staying current on electrical codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• This includes an Associate degree or equivalent in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software; ability to read electrical plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids and prepare estimates with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review subcontractor quotes and plan take-offs to optimize labor.
• Participate in bid reviews and proposals for RFPs.
• Collaborate with project management, design, and procurement teams.
• Mentor junior estimators and coach peers on large projects.
• Stay current with electrical codes and industry practices.
