Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction estimates using Buildertrend and other tools.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities including site assessments and take-offs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, contracts, and bid documents to identify gaps and value-engineering opportunities.
