Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Preconstruction Due Diligence Consultant - EV Construction Management to support early-stage site acquisition and due diligence for fast-paced development programs in the United States. You will evaluate feasibility, surface risks, and coordinate input from internal partners and external stakeholders to guide sound site decisions.

Remote US-based position with a competitive compensation range of $125,000–$350,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for commercial or infra projects.
• EV infrastructure experience or exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence for new site acquisitions.
• Review third-party reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify site risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate site access, circulation, and traffic feasibility.
• Summarize landlord work letters and delivery conditions.
• Assess base building responsibilities for landlords vs tenants.
• Align with internal teams to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with Entitlements to identify permitting risks.
• Create and maintain standardized due diligence processes and reporting.
