Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead a diverse team, manage cost, schedule and LNTP activities, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance to finalize EPC scopes.

The job requires 5+ years in construction with scheduling/estimating and a relevant degree. Travel up to 25% may be required; this is an equal opportunity employer offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction, with scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction Group with daily management and coordination.
• Maintain cost control ledger and project cost statements.
• Prepare billings and expedite payments.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Review plans for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise Preconstruction Project Engineers and staff.
• Ensure procurement aligns with scope, budget, and schedules.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to define scopes of work.
• Track design changes and report impacts on schedule and budget.
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings and negotiations.
