The remote, US-based position offers $100,000–$120,000 per year with weekly pay and a full benefits package designed for growth in a leading Real Estate & Construction space.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in power delivery engineering or project development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical project development from intake through bid submission and award.
• Coordinate across estimating, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams.
• Establish timelines to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Review RFPs and technical requirements.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and execution constraints.
• Partner with schedulers to validate project schedule logic.
• Lead development of project execution plans and early work packages.
• Ensure smooth startup and transition from bid to execution.
