Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Development & Design Specialist to join the Preconstruction team in Denver, CO. You will coordinate design, documentation, schedules, and cross-functional communications across multiple projects, supporting Design Managers as they push for on-time decisions and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience supporting projects in architecture, engineering, construction, owner's representation, development, preconstruction, or a related project-based environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, and project documentation concurrently.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other technically complex project environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction projects, track schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, action items and key decisions.
• Coordinate project activities and information across internal cross-functional teams, external consultants and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
• Assist with recurring project meetings including agenda preparation, materials, documentation of decisions and follow-up.
• Maintain design deliverables, schedules, permitting and entitlement information, meeting minutes and related project data.
