CoreSite is seeking a Development & Design Specialist to support a portfolio of preconstruction projects, coordinating across Design Managers, consultants, and internal teams. The role emphasizes organized documentation, scheduling, and design review support to keep projects moving efficiently.

The position offers a development path with increasing responsibility toward a Design Manager role, within a data center development context and a collaborative culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years supporting architecture, engineering, construction, owner's representation, development, preconstruction, or related project-based environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, and documentation.
• Experience supporting consultants, project teams, or capital projects through design and permitting phases preferred.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or technically complex environments is a plus.
• Interest in a career in design management and project delivery within data center development.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and administer a portfolio of preconstruction projects, tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, action items, and key decisions.
• Coordinate activities and information across cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
• Prepare agendas, materials, document decisions and actions, and follow up on outstanding items for meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records including design deliverables, schedules, permitting/entitlement information, minutes, and financial data.
• Assist with internal design-review cycles by organizing stakeholder comments for Design Manager review.
• Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple Design Managers and concurrent projects.
