Job summary

Qualifications

• Association degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering Procore with finance modules is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Procore and Ironclad for assigned construction projects.
• Process PCCOs and contracts in alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams on docs.
• Maintain project lists and ensure accurate documentation.
