Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Development & Design Specialist to support multiple preconstruction projects within our design-management team. You will help organize design deliverables, track schedules, and maintain comprehensive project documentation across cross-functional stakeholders.

You will assist with meetings, permit tracking, and cost/budget familiarity while growing toward a Design Manager role. This role offers a growth path and remote work eligibility within approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience supporting projects in architecture, engineering, construction, owner's representation, development, preconstruction, or a related project-based environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, and project documentation concurrently.
• Experience supporting consultants, project teams, or capital projects through design and permitting phases preferred.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other technically complex project environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer a portfolio of preconstruction projects across schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
• Prepare meetings materials, document decisions, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, design deliverables, permitting and entitlement information, and related data.
• Assist with design-review cycles by organizing stakeholder comments for Design Manager review.
