Job summary
Uniguest is seeking a remote Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will collaborate with design, technical, and sales teams to design and present solutions for clients and resellers, mapping technical architecture and interfaces.
You will articulate complex solutions and create UX/UI concepts for evaluation. You will engage with clients, product managers, and developers to model solutions, respond to RFPs, and demonstrate capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Eng., or Solutions Consultant role.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- Experience with web API integrations and cloud providers.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and map solutions with API interfaces.
- Assist commercial teams with technical specs and SOWs.
- Support sales in the cycle to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with professional services for integration efforts.
- Act as system architect for UX/UI integration with clients.
- Respond to RFP/RFI and contribute to bid efforts.
- Demo products and articulate value and differentiators.
