Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join a growing team. You will set up platforms to meet prospect needs, collaborating with design, technical, and sales teams, and present solutions to clients and resellers.

The role is remote, with opportunities to engage with end-clients and determine technical architecture, interfaces, and deployment details. You will articulate models and UX/UI concepts for evaluation and future development.

Qualifications

Experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant roles.
Background in working with web API integrations.
Experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify and document business requirements to create solution maps and product interfaces.
Collaborate with Commercial teams on product positioning, specs, and SOW in proposals.
Support sales cycles to improve conversion rates for projects.
Coordinate with professional services for integration between Uniguest and clients.
Serve as system architect for UX/UI integration discussions and diagrams.
