Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will set up Uniguest platforms to meet client needs, collaborate with design, technical and sales teams, and present solutions to prospects and resellers.

You will articulate the technical architecture for deployments, model interfaces to other platforms, and contribute to UX/UI concepts for evaluations. Strong communication and API integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Visual design skills to create graphics/menus for end-client expectations.
• Command of HTTP concepts, authentication mechanisms, and data structures.
• Experience with UI/UX implementation in HTML/CSS or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements to create a solution map or products tailored to client needs, including APIs/interfaces.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams on product portfolio, technical specs, and SOW for proposals.
• Support the sales teams in the sales cycle to increase project conversions.
• Work with professional services on integration efforts between Uniguest and end customers.
• Act as system architect for UX/UI integration diagrams as needed.
• Respond to RFP/RFI as part of the bid team.
• Perform in-depth product demonstrations and convey Uniguest values and differentiators.
• Assist with ad-hoc UX/UI projects for live clients.
• Assist with training and certification of channel partners.
• Stay informed about Uniguest product portfolio and technical architecture.
• Highlight hospitality/tech industry trends and Uniguest differentiators.
