Job summary

Audiense is a consumer intelligence and audience analytics platform. We seek a Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales scoping, demos, and integration proofs of concept, partnering with Sales and Partnerships to ensure successful onboarding.

This remote role (EST time) blends hands-on technical work with customer engagement, reporting to the Lead Solutions Engineer, and contributing to product enablement and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar role in martech or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and conversion tracking: GA4, GTM, and at least one conversions API.
• Knowledge of server-side vs client-side tracking and data quality implications.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales scoping, discovery, and demos tailored to each brand.
• Run technical audits to identify gaps in tracking and data quality.
• Build POCs with side-by-side test pixels without disrupting live setup.
• Document requirements and gaps for smooth onboarding post-sale.
• Research tracking across platforms beyond Shopify to expand integrations.
• Serve as technical contact for agency and platform partners.
