Job summary

JLL is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives and drive land-and-expand strategies across existing clients. You will demonstrate Prism and related products, tailoring solutions to client objectives and showcasing value to secure renewals and expansions.

You will work with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate usage patterns into compelling presentations, helping expand platform adoption and guide strategic conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of pre-sales or solutions consulting experience with SaaS products.
• Proven ability to create and deliver compelling custom demonstrations that drive deals forward.
• Strong business process analysis skills with ability to map solutions to client needs.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own custom product demonstrations from discovery through delivery, showcasing Prism and ancillary product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain industry-specific demonstration environments reflecting real-world client use cases.
• Conduct value-based presentations for technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Support Account Executives in identifying expansion opportunities and articulating ROI to drive adoption.
