Job summary

JLL in Phoenix seeks a Solutions Manager for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to lead the development of tailored, profitable client solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.

You will partner with sales leaders, SMEs and marketing to craft compelling value propositions, staffing plans, cost models and pricing. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and delivering high-impact client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and articulate complex solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of winning solutions across Portfolio Services (Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Brokerage).
• Partner with Sales, SMEs, and Marketing to craft tailored value propositions and pricing.
• Own staffing models, cost modeling, and financial analysis to demonstrate value to clients.
• Coordinate resources across geographies to ensure successful bid delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements to increase win rate and profitability.
