Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join our remote team in the United States. You will design, position, and articulate cybersecurity solutions across modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments, supporting sales and customers.

The ideal candidate combines deep security expertise with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, and may report periodically to the Austin, TX office depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, pre‑sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Strong knowledge of email security technologies including phishing protection, SEG, API-based email security, DLP, and advanced threat protection.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a VAR, systems integrator, or technology provider environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver live or virtual demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and environments.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in email security environments and develop high-level architectures, proposals, and documentation.
• Design and recommend scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Present security solutions and value propositions to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with technology partners to validate and refine proposed solutions.
• Assist with pre‑sales PoC efforts to validate technical fitness and business value.
• Provide security-focused enablement and training to internal sales teams.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post‑sales delivery after opportunity closure.
