Job summary

Rose Hills is seeking a Pre-Planning Advisor to work with families in the field and via home visits, driving sales of pre-need arrangements and services. You will conduct presentations, follow up on referrals, and build lasting relationships with clients and the community.

Responsibilities include prospecting at events, face-to-face outreach, and collaborating with Funeral Directors to provide compassionate, timely service while achieving quota targets.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or related industry experience is preferred.
• CRM systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate referrals through field outreach and events.
• Present pre-need plans and guides to families clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and community partners.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly prospecting and follow-up targets.
• Collaborate with Funeral Directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
