BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel to join their team. The role handles pre-litigation matters, including demand letters, requests for records, and agency charges, nationwide.

Ideal candidates will have CA State Bar admission (for California matters), strong drafting, research, and client communication skills, plus 9+ years for Of Counsel; 4+ years for Associate; remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Good standing with the bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role consideration.
• At least 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Complete client and firm-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
