Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel (Remote) to join their team. This fully remote role is available nationwide wherever the firm maintains an office; you will handle pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, records requests, and agency charges.

The position requires CA bar admission with strong litigation, research, and MS Office skills. Experience ranges: 4 years for Associate in CA employment litigation, 9+ years for Of Counsel with first-chair capacity;

Qualifications

• Admission to the California Bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Good standing with the bar.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role with first-chair capacity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to demand letters, records requests, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlements, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Complete client and firm-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
