The position centers on pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, records requests, and agency charges, with duties spanning client and carrier communication and settlement participation.

Required is admission to the California State Bar, strong organizational skills, and extensive litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid legal research abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
