Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Pre-Access Manager to oversee admitting, registration, and financial services across acute care locations. You will drive KPI performance, recruit and coach supervisors, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to optimize front-end workflows that impact patient satisfaction and revenue cycle outcomes.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–3 years of healthcare management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry.
• Patient Access experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft is a must.
• Ability to balance numerous priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for admitting, registration, and financial services at acute care locations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of supervisors and staff.
• Develop budgets and monitor KPIs to improve front-end workflows and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure timely reporting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet revenue cycle goals.
