Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Manager of Patient Access to lead admitting, registration and financial services at the hospital location. You will coach staff, set performance goals, and align processes with organizational policies to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

You will ensure accurate patient data, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the Director of Patient Access to improve customer service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience with managed care/insurance and call centers is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations for admitting, registration, and financial services at acute care locations.
• Coach and develop staff; set goals and monitor performance to meet patient access objectives.
• Ensure accurate MRN assignment, medical necessity checks, and insurance collection.
• Balance cash drawer, deposit funds, and maintain compliance with audits.
