Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a senior leader to drive patient access operations across a hospital or market. You will oversee admitting and registration teams, ensuring error-free front-end revenue cycle functions while promoting a culture of excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in leadership and patient access, and a track record in KPI-driven management, budgeting, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Patient Access experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Demonstrated experience leading front-end revenue cycle functions, including point-of-service collections and denial prevention.
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
• Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance.
• Financial and project management experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
• Excels in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and decision-making for on-site Patient Access teams within a hospital or market.
• Develop clear accountabilities and build a high-performing, collaborative department.
• Lead process improvements and ensure compliant revenue cycle operations across entry points.
• Direct staffing, hiring, and training for leadership and patient access staff.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional coordination to maximize output and minimize waste.
