Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is recruiting a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to lead a registration and pre-registration team, ensuring accurate patient intake and superb customer service.

You will coach staff, monitor metrics, and collaborate with leadership to optimize revenue cycle processes, including AI-enabled improvements. This role requires strong supervisory skills and knowledge of hospital billing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year associate or 4-year bachelor’s degree; healthcare admin preferred.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of patient access processes and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates registration duties and trains staff daily.
• Monitors productivity and reports key metrics.
• Schedules staff and minimizes overtime while maintaining coverage.
• Manages upfront collection process tracking and coaching.
• Participates in on-call rotation and supports leadership.
• Develops department processes and conducts staff training.
• Acts as a resource for staff and promotes service excellence.
• Leads projects and reports to leadership.
• Attends facility meetings to align processes.
• Uses AI to improve workflows and lead teams.
