Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead a technical practice, oversee personnel, tools, and vendor relationships, and drive consulting revenue of $10–$25M annually. Travel may be required as projects move across the globe.

You will partner with Delivery, Sales, Marketing and other Practices to sharpen offerings and market impact. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of PM leadership in IT consulting, strong C-suite communication, and a track record in building durable

Qualifications

• 15+ years project management leadership experience in IT consulting services.
• Program management for multiple projects concurrently.
• Practice-centric experience across Application Management, Data Management, QA, or Development.
• Business development and proposal/SOW experience is a plus.
• Strong executive presentation skills and cross‑team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice management including personnel, tools, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Marketing and other practices to expand offerings.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization for practice.
• Develop and market productized and vertical offerings; manage client engagements.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, and communicate progress to leadership.
