TEKsystems Global Services seeks a Practice Architect II to lead multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams across North America. You will drive delivery quality, manage scope and cost, and partner with clients to ensure successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong PMI PMBOK knowledge, PMP or IAOP credentials, and excellent communication. This permanent, fully remote position offers travel up to 50% and opportunities to influence large-scale engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Sufficient understanding of Services Outsourcing, PMI PMBOK, PMP, IAOP (Outsourcing Professional), or related certification.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to solve problems creatively.
• Ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Team leadership and cross-team collaboration with delivery success.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams.
• Coordinate delivery resources and ensure project planning and execution.
• Manage cost, SOW attributes, and client interactions.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Mentor and develop team members and ensure HR processes are followed.
