Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in technology consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record as a people manager.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall in SaaS or SI.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly resource coordination, aligning deployment to project demand and capacity.
• Maintain real-time utilization view across engagements and address over-allocation or burnout risks.
• Build and maintain the practice's operational cadences (team meetings, delivery check-ins, onboarding).
• Escalate delivery risks with clear executive signals.
• Ensure tools, templates, methodologies, and standards are available for delivery.
