Qualifications

• Significant experience leading cloud consulting or technology delivery organizations with people management accountability.
• Strong architectural knowledge of broad AWS platform services and ability to coach senior technical professionals.
• Experience governing delivery portfolios, staffing models, and delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS Platform Services delivery health, governance, reviews, and client outcomes.
• Lead Platform Architects, engineers, consultants, and delivery leads to ensure successful AWS transformation programs.
• Drive workforce planning, staffing, bench management, and utilization to meet commitments and growth.
• Develop career development plans and lead talent development for the platform services team.
• Collaborate with AWS stakeholders, sales, and delivery leadership to align capacity with demand.
