TEKsystems Global Services seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead a specific technical practice, overseeing personnel, tools, and vendor relationships. The role collaborates with Delivery, Sales, Marketing and other Practices to optimize offerings and revenue, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MS preferred.
• 15+ years of project management leadership in an IT consulting environment.
• Program management experience across a portfolio of projects.
• Practice-centric consulting experience required.
• PMP preferred, not required.
• Experience working with India and North America teams.
• Experience in Professional Services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Practice Management, personnel and vendor relationships.
• Develop and market productized/vertical offerings with Sales/Marketing.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins and utilization for the practice.
• Grow client relationships and pursue partnership opportunities.
• Communicate project status and insights to leadership and teams.
