Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in the United States is seeking a Practice Manager who will lead approximately 20 Service Delivery Managers and Service Center Leads, with full commercial and contractual responsibility for project outcomes.

The role requires a proven track record in pre-sales and delivering IT projects, collaboration across sales, service delivery and service development, and the ability to influence delivery capabilities to meet customer objectives. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects with commercial responsibility.
• Experience applying governance and control to project delivery.
• Innovative leadership with a focus on developing people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
• Manage delivery of customer engagements and ~20 employees (regional travel essential).
• Accountable for assurance, governance and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance the Practice capability to support business strategy.
• Support growth through standardized, competitive, market-relevant service offerings.
• Provide leadership and SME input to stakeholders internally and with customers/vendors.
• Oversee operational and commercial management to meet financial targets and improve productivity and quality.
• Foster a high-performance culture and talent development within the Practice.
• Support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
