Job summary

Deckers Brands, home of the HOKA brand, is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications. You’ll lead global PR strategies for performance launches and brand campaigns, shaping narratives and ensuring consistent storytelling across markets.

Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams; manage agency networks; track KPIs; and mentor staff. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PR/communications, consumer or lifestyle brands with global scope.
• Experience developing and executing integrated global PR campaigns.
• Strong writing and editorial instincts across markets.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated global PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and plans for launches and campaigns.
• Lead campaign planning, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment with Global Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regions.
• Identify media opportunities, partnerships and activations to grow brand awareness
• Lead PR for global events, races, product launches, and media experiences
• Coordinate media attendance, spokesperson prep, and onsite communications
• Manage regional teams to ensure consistent execution and earned media opportunities
• Oversee media outreach, interview coordination, and press responses globally
• Manage HOKA's global PR agency network and performance
• Cultivate relationships with performance, lifestyle, fitness, and trade media
• Track PR KPIs and provide executive reporting and actionable insights
• Budget forecasting, accruals, reconciliation, and vendor coordination with Finance
• Mentor direct reports and partner with internal stakeholders across time zones
