Job summary

Deckers Brands Goleta, California (Remote) is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications to lead global PR strategies for performance launches and brand campaigns. You’ll drive integrated plans and storytelling across markets.

Collaborating with Global Marketing, Product, and regional teams, you’ll maximize earned media, manage agency networks, and report on KPIs. Some travel for events and activations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 7+ years of PR/communications experience, ideally within consumer, performance, or lifestyle brands with global scope.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated global PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and communications plans for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Lead campaign planning, storytelling development, and cross-functional alignment with Global Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams.
• Identify media opportunities, partnerships, and activations that drive global brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee PR strategy and execution for global events, races, product launches, and media experiences.
• Coordinate media attendance, spokesperson preparation, and onsite communications support.
• Manage global PR agency networks, including direction, campaign execution, and performance.
• Track global PR KPIs including media coverage, impressions, share of voice, and placement quality.
