Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications. This remote role supports NYC/LA hours, reporting to the Sr. Manager, PR. You will shape global PR strategies for performance product launches and brand campaigns, coordinating with Marketing, Product, and regional teams to maximize awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PR/communications experience in consumer, performance, or lifestyle brands with global scope.
• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Excellent writing/editing skills with brand voice across markets.
• Experience managing global agency networks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset to translate KPIs into strategy.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated global PR strategies and campaigns for launches and brand initiatives.
• Lead campaign planning, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams.
• Identify media opportunities and activations to drive global awareness.
• Oversee PR for events, races, product launches, and media experiences.
• Coordinate media attendance, spokesperson prep, and onsite communications.
• Manage global agency network and vendor coordination with Finance.
• Mentor direct report(s) and partner with internal stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and prepare executive reporting with insights.
