Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications to lead global PR strategies for performance launches and campaigns. You will shape narratives, drive messaging, and ensure consistent storytelling across markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee media relations, agency partners, and budgets, and mentor staff to deliver world-class earned media globally. Remote work with preference for NYC or LA time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or above.
7+ years of PR/communications experience with global scope.
Strong network of media relationships across performance/lifestyle verticals.
Experience managing global agency networks and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset translating KPIs into strategy.

Responsibilities

Create and lead integrated global PR strategies for product launches and campaigns.
Lead cross-functional planning with Marketing, Product, and regional teams.
Identify media opportunities and activations to drive global awareness.
Oversee media outreach, spokesperson prep, and press responses.
Manage global PR agency network and budget coordination.
