Deckers Brands is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for the Global HOKA Brand Communications team. This role drives global PR strategies for performance product launches and campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand awareness and engagement.

The role requires a strong network across performance running, fitness, and lifestyle media, with experience managing global agency networks and delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or above.
• 7+ years of PR/communications experience with global scope in consumer, performance, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong media relationships across performance, running, fitness, lifestyle and outdoor verticals, international experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated global PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and communications plans for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Lead campaign planning, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment with Global Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams.
• Identify media opportunities, partnerships, and activations to drive global brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee media outreach, interview coordination, and press responses across global markets.
• Manage global PR agency network and provide strategic direction and performance review.
