Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a PR Manager, Performance for Global HOKA Brand Communications. The role leads global PR strategies for performance product launches and brand campaigns, shaping storytelling across markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize awareness and engagement and manage relationships across performance running, fitness, lifestyle, and trade media. The role requires a passion for running and active lifestyles, plus experience managing international media

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
7+ years of PR/communications experience, ideally with global scope.
Strong network of media relationships across performance running, fitness, lifestyle, and outdoor verticals.

Responsibilities

Create integrated global PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and communication plans for product launches and brand initiatives.
Lead campaign planning, storytelling development, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Sports Marketing, and regional teams.
Identify media opportunities, partnerships, and activations to drive global brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinate media attendance, spokesperson prep, and onsite communications support for global events and launches.
Manage and mentor direct report(s) and oversee global agency networks.
