Job summary

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth across the North Central territory, including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. This is a remote, field-based role with travel and a focus on distributor relationships and end-user engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of outside sales experience.
• Sales experience within PPE, industrial safety, manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience using SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for key distributor accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, end users, and decision-makers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
