3M Canada is seeking a Territory Development Representative for Western Canada to drive PPE sales. You’ll prospect net-new accounts, analyze market data, visit sites, and engage facility managers, safety directors and procurement teams to grow opportunities.

You will develop acquired accounts into high-value customers through cross-selling, coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams, and hand off mature accounts to the priority team.

Qualificações

• Three years of sales experience in varied environments.
• One year of Salesforce experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus and helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Identify net-new PPE sales opportunities across Western Canada by analyzing market and account data.
• Develop newly acquired accounts into high-potential customers through cross-selling and relationship-building.
• Conduct training presentations to customers and channel partners and support marketing/promotional projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams for market research and product launches.
• Hands off mature accounts to the priority account team after revenue thresholds are met.
