Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ROI delivery.
• Agency/performance marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Monitor performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize profitability and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Track performance using GA4, GTM, and other tools.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, copywriting, and clients when needed.
