OuterBox, a remote-first agency based in the United States, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist for its Professionals team. You will design and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social channels to drive qualified leads and sales.

You’ll lead strategy sessions, report performance, and advise clients on optimization opportunities. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement of paid media programs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of paid search experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads
• Experience at a digital marketing agency with client-facing experience
• Experience in Google Shopping and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta ads)
• Experience in Google Analytics and Looker Studio
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience managing client relationships

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms
• Lead planning sessions and present strategic roadmaps aligned with client KPIs
• Measure and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to align marketing strategies with client goals
• Conduct competitor and audience analysis to inform campaigns
• Develop and execute A/B testing to optimize campaigns
• Manage paid media budget and end-to-end campaign implementation
