Coalition Technologies is a fully remote company seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote PPC / SEM Specialist to support paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook, plus keyword research, setup, optimization, reporting, and ROI analysis for client accounts.

The role collaborates with the Google Ads Manager and SEO teams to align strategies with client budgets and goals, with responsibilities ranging from keyword research and ad copy to A/B testing, performance reviews, and

Qualifications

• Experience managing SEM or PPC campaigns.
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor.
• Experience with Google Keyword Planner or similar tools.
• Ability to select KPIs, measure performance, and report results.
• Experience handling large Google Ads datasets in Excel (VLOOKUP/VBA).
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and content development.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Able to work in a diverse, remote environment.
• Interest in startup-style growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and write ad copy.
• Structure campaigns and ad groups; set campaign defaults.
• Work with large Google Ads datasets in Excel.
• Upload data and ads using Google Ads Editor.
• Create, analyze, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to drive targeted traffic and ROI.
• Collaborate with Google Ads Manager, SEO team, and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance with reporting tools.
• Analyze metrics and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Stay current with Google/Bing Ads updates and best practices.
• Complete Google Ads Certification if not already obtained.
