Jobgether SRL is seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms, focusing on lead generation and conversions.

You will monitor performance, perform CRO and landing page improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with marketing objectives. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent writing for ad copy and messages that drive engagement.

Responsabilités

• Define objectives, KPIs, budgets, bidding strategies and targeting.
• Build and manage campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Create ad copy, structure campaigns, and test variations.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design, analytics and web teams.
• Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, pixels, and GA.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
