Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paid search and PPC management experience.
• Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and MCC with strong analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure, optimize and report on paid advertising performance.
• Develop and execute paid search strategies with keyword and bidding optimization.
• Manage high-volume budgets for efficiency and ROI.
• Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve CPL and Quality Score.
• A/B test campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Stay current with platform updates across Google, Microsoft, Facebook, LinkedIn.
