Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Remote PPC / SEM Specialist to manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads, including keyword research, setup, optimization, and ROI reporting. You will collaborate with the Google Ads Manager and SEO team to align strategies with each client’s brand and goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of SEM/PPC experience, proficiency with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP,

Qualifications

• 6+ months of SEM/PPC experience
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
• Experience using Google Keyword Planner or similar tools
• Knowledge of KPI selection, measurement, and reporting
• Experience handling large Google Ads data sets in Excel (VLOOKUP, VBA)
• Passion for marketing and data-driven optimization
• Self-motivated to work in a remote startup environment
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 PT

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Conduct keyword research and write ad copy
• Structure campaigns and ad groups and set campaign parameters
• Analyze large data sets in Excel and generate insights
• Use Google Ads Editor to upload data and assets
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI across clients
• Coordinate with Google Ads Manager and SEO team
• Stay updated on Google/Bing Ads changes and best practices
• Complete Google Ads Certification if needed
• Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations
