Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, optimize, and scale Google Search campaigns.
• Manage Performance Max campaigns when appropriate.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Write clear and conversion-focused ad copy.
• Monitor search terms and reduce irrelevant traffic and wasted spend.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ads, landing pages and conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
• Improve cost per lead, ROAS, and overall performance.
• Review landing pages, forms, headlines and calls to action.
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion and call tracking.
• Monitor performance with GA4 and GTM.
• Prepare weekly reports with results, insights, and recommendations.
