Virtual Staff 365 is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to execute single-channel and multi-channel performance campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will leverage analytical insights to optimise marketing strategies, boosting sales and lead generation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking; excellent data interpretation skills; and prior agency or in-house studio experience. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification.
• Proven background working within an agency or in-house studio environment.
