Job summary

Schneider Electric’s Power Services Field Service Representatives install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in diverse environments. You will be a customer-focused problem solver with direct product training and access to service vehicles, tools, uniforms, and devices.

This home-based role with a 40-hour guarantee (overtime) sits in our U.S. Services business, Power Services team, focusing on electrical distribution equipment for critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical and/or power distribution service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and service documents.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, installing, and repairing customer equipment across Schneider Electric product portfolio.
• Perform warranty work and startup/commissioning on equipment.
• Provide technical support and on-site audits; document all site information in reports.
• Travel to training and job sites as required to support service requirements.
