Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our U.S. Services team. This on-site role focuses on servicing electrical equipment, performing startup, repair and preventive maintenance, and collaborating with customers, electricians, and project teams across diverse environments.

Expect 40-hour weeks with overtime and travel to customer sites as needed. We provide full training, company vehicles, tools, uniforms and devices, plus our comprehensive Total Rewards program

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on electrical/electro‑mechanical experience with customer service.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose issues and collaborate with customers, partners, and teams.
• Complete field service reports and data sheets; travel as needed.
• Work with managers to resolve escalated issues and learn on the job.
• Maintain safety practices and follow procedures at all times.
