Job summary

CitiusTech is seeking a senior professional to lead end-to-end design and delivery for the Travel Team platform, spanning Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Data, and security. You will stay hands-on for complex configurations and delivery decisions to meet RFP requirements.

With 7+ years in Microsoft enterprise delivery, you will shape architecture, drive governance, and mentor teams while collaborating with stakeholders across healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft business apps or enterprise delivery.
• Expertise in Power Platform architecture, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook integration.
• Hands-on Copilot Studio experience.
• Experience with IDP patterns using AI Builder and/or Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Power BI semantic-model, RLS and service-deployment knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors, security, DLP and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, use-case validation, backlog prioritization and acceptance-criteria definition.
• Design Outlook inbox automation, Power Apps self-service, Copilot Studio/RAG, IDP, Dataverse/SharePoint, Teams and Power BI architecture.
• Define email taxonomy, routing, acknowledgements, task integration, and exception patterns.
• Define receipt and itinerary extraction fields, confidence thresholds, validation and human-review paths.
• Design policy knowledge preparation, grounding, guardrails, citations, agent actions and Travel Team escalation.
• Own environment strategy, solution packaging, connection references, DLP, role-based access, monitoring and Dev-Test-Prod ALM. Provide technical direction, design reviews, stakeholder demonstrations, risk management and executive-ready documentation.
• Support integration, testing, production readiness, training, knowledge transfer and hypercare.
