Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Engineering Director to own the build and delivery of healthcare technology platforms and digital products. You will lead onshore and offshore engineers, stay hands-on in solution architecture, and champion AI-assisted engineering to accelerate software delivery.

The role reports to the VP of Technology, partners with stakeholders, and ensures secure, PCI/HIPAA-compliant solutions. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT design, development and support with end-to-end enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership including distributed onshore/offshore models.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft development tools and languages (.NET).
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and Azure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore engineers, including hiring, training, supervising, and developing team members.
• Perform hands-on solution architecture and design for complex distributed systems; participate in design and code reviews.
